The MDS has already been translated into 26 languages. New data show that the Hebrew Version of the scale, the MDS-H, has good psychometric properties and is a useful tool to assess MD in a non-English speaking culture. This study is the first to offer evidence that the MDS has potential value for world-wide research of maladaptive daydreaming.
